Shipping

We are happy to provide shipping to any address except a PO box in the United States. We do not ship out on Sunday’s.

  • $8 standard shipping (3-5 business days)
  • $16 3 business day express
  • $19 2 business day express
  • $26 next business day express
  • $32 Saturday delivery (select addresses only)

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories: Items usually arrive within 8-10 business days.

 

Returns

With your ultimate happiness of the product in mind, we will accept returns within 21 days of the items shipped date back onto the original form of tender.

The items must be:

  • not worn or damaged
  • original tags still attached
  • return label placed with the item

 

Follow the steps below to complete your online return

  1. Complete a return request form with all of the information complete.
  2. Pack and ship your return along with the request form back to

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Once the return is complete, we will send you an email to let you know.

 

If you would like to exchange an item, please fill out the return request form and email customercare@herosportz.com with the new size or new item that you would like to exchange the returned item for.
